A practice built on discretion and discernment.
I have spent nearly three decades in the moments that decide what a property becomes: the acquisition, the rehabilitation, the project that has stalled, the sale.
Owners have brought me in to protect their position. Lenders and institutions have brought me in when a financed project needed independent eyes, or when it had stopped moving and someone had to take charge. More than once, I stepped in as project manager to establish what had actually been built, what remained, and what it would take to finish, and then saw it through.
Born in Dar es Salaam and raised in the Midwest, I learned early to move between languages and cultures. The same instinct serves me between disciplines: the architect and the lender, the contractor and the regulator, the owner's intentions and the rules that will govern a building for decades. Those divides are where complex projects lose their way.
Before Solenne, I built an advisory firm in Atlanta and led it through its acquisition. Solenne carries that model forward: a direct relationship, a plan built around the client's circumstances, and a trusted network of specialists brought in only when the work calls for them. What we are asked to hold, we hold in confidence.
