No advisory relationship
This website describes what Solenne Advisors does. It does not create a relationship between us. No advisory, fiduciary, or professional relationship is formed until a written engagement has been scoped, issued by Solenne, and executed by both parties. Submitting the intake form, sending an email, or holding a preliminary conversation does not constitute an engagement and does not oblige either of us to proceed.
Nothing here is advice
The content of this site is general information about our practice. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, architectural, or appraisal advice, and it is not a recommendation to enter any transaction. Statements about historic tax credits, incentive programmes, financing structures, regulatory requirements, or compliance periods describe general features of those programmes. They are not a determination about any property, project, or taxpayer.
Incentive programmes and the rules governing them change, and eligibility turns on specific facts. Do not act on anything on this site without advice addressed to your own circumstances. Any figure stated on this site, including any credit percentage, describes a programme as we understand it at the effective date above and is not a representation of what your project will receive.
No offer of securities
Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any investment vehicle. Where Solenne provides information to investors, it does so under separate agreement and only to persons entitled to receive it.
Confidentiality of inquiries
We treat inquiries as confidential and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy. You should nonetheless exercise judgement about what you send through an unsecured channel before an engagement exists. Do not send privileged material, and do not send anything you are under an obligation to keep confidential from us. If a matter requires a secure channel, ask and we will arrange one.
An inquiry does not create a conflict check or a reservation of our services, and we may be engaged by another party on the same matter unless and until we agree otherwise in writing.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site, including its text, layout, typography, photographs, and the Solenne name and mark, belong to Solenne Advisors or are used with permission. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and quote briefly from it with attribution. You may not reproduce it substantially, republish it, or use the Solenne name or mark to suggest an association that does not exist.
Accuracy and availability
We prepare this site carefully but do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of error, and we do not undertake to update it. We do not warrant that the site will be available without interruption. The site is provided as it is.
Links elsewhere
Where we link to another organization, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, Solenne Advisors is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website, including indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Where Solenne is engaged, the engagement letter governs our liability to you, and it supersedes this page.
Changes
We may revise these terms. The effective date above records when we last did so, and the version in force is the one published here.
